90 days over after sending response to RFE

TSC received my response to the RFE 90 days back. As of today there is no sign of them touching my case. The online message says I should expect to receive the decision or a written update within 60 days of receipt of response to RFE. But so far no LUD or message change. Is anybody in the same boat like me?
 
Try to call them. Maybe file a service request. The USCIS is so inconsistent in terms of processing speed. Back a while ago, I saw some people got approvals within 10 days or less after replying the RFEs, while a couple of them waited 45 days+, and the poor rest waited more than 3-4 months.....Good luck!

Thanks. I called customer service and placed a service request. I was told a written response would be sent to me within a month time.
 
the 60 day thing is just a standard text.....its not true..

i am waiting for my spouse(primary) after submitting RFE for 485 since April 6th 2007.
