90 Days for Interim EAD - from ND or AD?

Just wanted your opinion whether its 90 days for EAD renewal from the AD or the ND? Last time I went to the local INS Office (Arlington, VA), the IIO told me to come back after 90 days to ND and this is contrary to what I have seen and hear on this board. I tried to seek their help as my and my spouse\'s current EAD has expried and Employers have created situations.

I think you made your point clear INS Nightmare. I would go again to the Arlington Office to collect interim EAD.
