Hi,

My ead is going to expire in <90 days but lawyer hadn't file the renewal yet but will do in 2- days. my i-140 is approved...so if i don't get new ead before the first ead expires and since <90 days i can't get it from local office...
Will it affect my i-485 processing or job?

Thanks

U can't work w/o a valid EAD. But it has no impact on ur I485 process. As aN 485 ADJUSTEE, u r legal to stay in the US. To work u need EAD and to travel u need AP [Unless u have another valid visa, such as H1 which would allow u to both work and travel]
