90 days before 5 years

I received my green card on 2/17/05 (date on green card).
Am I eligible to apply N400 form on 11/17/09 (3 months before 2/17/10)?
Should I wait few days after 11/17/09 to apply the form?
 
USCIS is really moves fast this days and you better consider waiting another 30 days or so to apply. We have many people around this site that have had or will have their interview before 5 years and IO most likely will hold on to application to approve it after competion of 5 years and you don't want to jump in same boat.
process Timeline is somewhere betwen 2 to 3 months now.
 
I have been a victim of less than 5 years rule (Had my interview on 9/15, a decision could not be made because my 5 years are up on 10/1/09). So I completely agree...I believe 60 days would be the way to go...
