90 days and no EAD

I made an Infopass appointment for this monday to get IEAD but I didn't have a FP yet. Is it possible to get one without FP?
 
Yes I received a FP notice with Code 5 (I485 only?) and the appointment date is for Dec 07. I am not sure if that FP covers the EAD too or if there will be another FP notice for that. I need to get an EAD soon because of job offer I am getting. What are my options?
 
I think you will have to wait for your FP done before get an EAD, but you can try to see what they tell you. You just can't work without EAD.

Well, I received my iEAD today without prior FP. The officer took my fingerprint right there and issued me an iEAD. He issued it for 2 months though since I have FP appointment (based on I-485) in december. He asked me take my I-765 receipt along with the FP notice.
