Hi all,
Is there a rule which states you need to be resident of the state for at least 90 days before applying from that state? Does it mean that you can't travel outside US for those 90 days?
INS also allows us to apply for citizenship 90 days before completing 5 years of continuous residency. Are these 90 days overlapping with above 90 days?
I am trying to understand if there are any rules stating that we can't leave the country in these (90) or (90+90) days?
Thanks in advance.
