90 day rule for interim EAD

How do we calculate the 90 days to get the interim EAD from the RD date or from the ND?

Since nothing is written in the law, you can assume it from RD or even the date you post it.

RD is the date INS received it and the count starts from RD...If you FedExed and delivered next day RD is the next day from the post date...
