9/11 Commission Report implementation and impact on 485 processing time

Will there be any impact on 485 processing time if 9/11 commission recomendations are implemented.

9/11 commission is recommending to bring all the intelligence agencies under one umbrella. It’s a total restructuring.

I dont think Intelligence agencies are related to DHS. Or, Are they? As far as my understanding goes, CIS should not be affected by the restructuring of intelligence agencies.

Well if you look in to the 911 Summary report, there is DHS mentioned in their organization chart. I dont know how it is right know. But if it is a change, we would see some re-structuring.

There will not be any changes this election year, wrt Intelligence czar or restructuring.
I believe the 9-11 report contains information about Immigration beyond the above...should look better to find it.
