My I-485 petition which was filed on 9/10/2001 is approved as per avm, here are the details:
PD - July 2000
RD - 9/10/2001
FP - 2/21/2002 (computerized at Newark)
AD - 8/29/2002 (I checked the AVM on 9/2/02)
category - India-EB2-NJ
EAC-02-036-5xxxx
I have updated rupnet (id: pbindia)
However my wife's case is not yet approved, she filed I-485 in Feb'02. I called IIO twice, once to change address (in Jan'02) and second time (in June'02) to ask whether me and my spouse would get approved together. IIO's reply was NO. I hope to see her approval in couple of months.
