8th year H1B Extension

Can I get an 8th year extension for company B (present employer) based on approved LC from employer A?
I have already applied and got a 7th year extension in Company B based on pending labor from Company A at that time.

Company B has filed for LC under PERM process but it does not seem that there would be enough time to get LC and I-140 approved by the end of the 7th year.

You are eligible for 8th year extn provided LC from employer A has not be cancelled/used for other person.

If Company B LC filed more than 1 year then also you are elible for 8th year extn.
