8th year H1-B extesion

Hi,

I'm in my 7th year of H1 and got it tranferred to a new company. I have about five and a half months left in my 7th year and can I do 8th year extension in premier processing? (considering the fact that I just got my H1 tranferred a month ago through premium processing). Would there be any problem if I do premium processing again?

I suggest no because I got an RFE for a regular processing of 7th year extension.
