URGENT HELP NEEDED: 8th year extn/PERM

I got answers for some of my questions concerning LC and H1 transfer for >6th year folks..I have another question.

As LC is location based/employer based (which can be used until they cancel or use it to another person), can I get a H1 transfer done by a company based outside the "Location" where LC was originated?

companyA did LC and H1 in location STATE A/COUNTY A.
now can I transfer H1 to companyB in STATEB and apply for PERM ASAP?.

or Should I do H1 transfer with a company that is located in STATE A/COUNTY A only.

8th Year H1B extension.

Hi Gurus,
Please some one help me.
My situation is...I am in on 8th year extension based on approved labor from company A. Now my company A is not cooperating. So I started PERM labor from Company B. If I got to the Company B with PERM labor. and If my i-140 doesnt get approve before my visa expire then How will I get a extesnion for next year from company B. As I will not be sure that company A withdraws/Reuse it for Other person...
Is it possible to get the Extension for another years from company B?

Any anster will be appreciated.

I think once your PERM Labour is approved from company B, you are automatically eligible for H1B extn which was transferred to company B earlier when you joined them.

Thanks for your response but If extenstions are eligible if persons labor is approved or pending > 365 days befor. If I move to the new company and i get my labor approved. in the mean time if my approved labor uses it for some one else. then How will I get extension. Will it be based on new Labor? Which was not applied > 365 days.
Please let me know if you or any one know.

yes, it all depends on whether the previous employer who has the labour shouldn't cancel it or use it for someone else.
