Immigration Gurus, Can some one please answer the following question:
I am working in company A from past 3 years, but didn't apply for my GC.
Company B applied for my GC 2 years ago and its still in process. My 6 years h1 is going to expire in next 3 months.
Company A doesn't want to leave me and they accepted to file 7th year based on company B's labour pending and also accepted to file GC as soon as possible.
My question is, by any chance if my perm labour and i-40 is not approved by end of 7th year extenxion, how should I get extended for 8th year. Lets take company B cancels the labour what ever they applied for.
Any answers are highly appreciated.
