8th year extension problems

Immigration Gurus, Can some one please answer the following question:

I am working in company A from past 3 years, but didn't apply for my GC.
Company B applied for my GC 2 years ago and its still in process. My 6 years h1 is going to expire in next 3 months.

Company A doesn't want to leave me and they accepted to file 7th year based on company B's labour pending and also accepted to file GC as soon as possible.

My question is, by any chance if my perm labour and i-40 is not approved by end of 7th year extenxion, how should I get extended for 8th year. Lets take company B cancels the labour what ever they applied for.

Any answers are highly appreciated.
 
Extension and transfer?

My employer (Company A) is very nasty and put me in lot of troubles these days. I want to change my job but I am already on 7th year extension and labor with (Company A) is pending right now. If my new employer (Company B) applies for perm labor now how will i get my 8th year extension? my H1 will expire in October, 2006. Can I use my company A labor to get extension and transfer? Can I file for extension and H1 transfer for Company B at a time? how early can I apply for my H1b 8th year extension?

Please help thank you.

As long as you have an LC filed one year ago and regardless of who filed it, you are eligible for the post 6 years H-1B extension.
 
Hello Great guru,ginnu,zipper,GC App,chandu,and all friends,

My 8th year extension was pending since 9 months which was applied on July 2005. The query for employer (from-to dates) was answered on Aug 2005. No response since then.

Now my question is what are the chances of getting my H1 approval if i go through another company premium processing with my existing pending petion and expired 1-94.
Friends am in mental worry as my family is struck in India due to this.
Please help this clarify.Please.
