I'm in my 7th year of H1(Got it extended through my previous company) and got my H1-B tranferred to current company(I work for this company now). I have about five and a half months left in my 7th year and can I do 8th year extension through premium processing? (considering the fact that I just got my H1 tranferred a month ago through premium processing with the current company). Would there be any problem if I do premium processing again? If there is no problem, can I go with premium processing right now or should I wait for few more weeks? or should I do regular processing?
I'm hesitating to go with regular process because I heard a few cases where applications were rejected or came back for inquiry.
