I have my H1 valid up to June 2011.
My present company has already applied for my labor and it is pending.
Now, I have an offer in some other company.
Is it possible for me to get one more year of extension based on the present labor while transferring H1 to the new company?? So, effectively my H1 will be vaid upto June 2012. This will be my 8th year extension.
