My case (ND 10/03) was transferred to TCS on Nov 11. I just got another email that the application is received and that it takes them 850-900 days to prcess this kind of case!!! This is ridiculous.

I am hoping it's just a computer generated email that doesn't actually represent their timetables.

You applied in 10/03, realistically you should expect 3 years wait. Even with no cap and employment based, it took them upto 3 years to process a GC...They are sending all backlogs to TSC but TSC is overwhelmed itself...

I did get the same email too.
ND10/2003

3 years from 10/2003 would be great. I am worried that we have to wait for three more years from now :(

My wife with ND 10/2003 received the same email Monday, then yesterday, another email told her that a request for additional evidence or information was sent out.

Believe me, three years is a pessimistic estimate, one year might be more appropriate.

I just noticed that my LUD was changed from 11/14 to 11/15. Still don't know what does that suppose to mean! Hopefully somebody is working on my case. waiting for another 850-900 days is horrible...

Come on, for people with ND 00 and 01, they already have been waiting for more than 4 years which is 1500 days! So comparing to them, you are already much more luckier...

You are right but we should add the 730 days that we have already been waiting and another 900 days would be painful. With all the hope after the cap removal this is disappointing but you are right it could be a lot worse than this.

You misunderstood my points. What I want to say is that you should wait much shorter than 800 days, maybe within one year you will get GC, since BCIS want to remove all the backlogs within year 2006 (let's pray they can accomplish this). Forget about the days in BCIS's email or letter, they are generated by the computer and hence meaningless.

I am trying to understand something here: Why don't you believe that all of the applications will be processed by Oct 2006? You did not believe that 2000 and 2001 will be processed and these years are almost completed. ALL of people who I know are approved (years 2000, 2001 and one from 2002).

I guess just because it is hard to believe. Another point is that we don't know the exact percentage of 2000, 2001 and 2002 cases that are approved to have a better estimate for others. personally when I received an official email that the processing took 850-900 days, I paniced!

Change of address.

Hi everybody!

I called 800# yesterday and changed my address over the phone and sent AR-11 today. My LUD changed today!! Does LUD change when address changes?
Asylum: 01
I-485: 7/02
FP: 07/04
RFI received by Immig: 09/10/05
Bio done: 10/04/05
LUD: 10/04/05 11/16/05

I just saw an email sent by USCIS indicating that they sent me a notice requesting additional evidence. Don't know what evidence they would want. Could it be medical? I sent my medical with the inital I 485.
