My 485 was approved in 2005 on EB2 employment based, and now I plan to file FTJ 824 for my son who is 12.
I have a question about Form 824, item 3 of Part 3: "Give the following information about the principal beneficiary of the original petition or application" , should I fill my information? Seem like should be mine, but then there is no information about my son, how the USCIS knows why/who I am filling this for?
Also, I didn't fill out my son's information in my original 485 application, because I couldn't get his birth certificate then, will this cause some problem now if I file 824 for him?
