824 approvals at NSC

Hi

Has anyone here got any 824 approvals from NSC? Report says they are processing 07/06/03! Any one whose case is approved or still waiting??

There are a few I-824 applicants hence you are not receiving any response...

are you an aplpicant of I-824 for changing process from AOS to CP? If yes then what is your consulate? You may not have to wait until I-824 approval! Provide details!
 
My I-824 is still pending. RD is 06-11-2003. The current processing date is Sept 13, 2003 and my case has not been decided yet. I call the NSC and asked for an inquiry yesterday. They say I will receive a reply in 30 days.

Visa location is Chennai. I (my attorney did) did send an AC140 package to Chennai which was returned saying they did not have time for this kind of cases. Mumbai does accept AC140 cases.

Anybody else in the same situation.

Did you get the approval for your I824? Also inform us if they sent u a letter to confirm the move from AOS to CP before they actually approve the application.

FYI....I-824 is taking a long time to get approved as many of you know. If you are from chennai consulate then one would need to wait for i-824 approval. Folks from new delhi or bombay consulates can used i-824 RECEIPT (no need for approval) and follow the AC I-140 route. If you are from other consulate please find out if your consulate accepts i-824 receipt and if you can use ac i-140 route. This will save you a lot of time!@

09/17 is the RD NSC is processing for I824 applications, i am surprised why RD's earlier to that date are not approved yet.

Did you try calling NCSC?
