8 months left on H1 - enough to start LC and go for 7th year ext?

Hi

Asuming I have 8 months left on H1(LC not started) and if it does take 7months to get LC in Utah, will I qualify for H1 extension?

Any recommendations for experienced lawyers in UTAH?

My previous employer started the RIR process and went through the advertising process. Do i have to go through the advertising again for a similar job or can previous ads be used?

If you get your labour certified within 7 months you can get 7th year extension. I think you will not be able to use your previous employers add to process GC with a new employer. Your new employer should have advertised for the past 6 months. Good luck!!!
