8 approvals at rupnet today

Here's what I think. NSC is approving two sets of cases. One from Oct 2002 to Dec 2002 -- and one around Sept/Oct 2003. Kinda like two bookends.

Yes I do agree with the above. The first set are the non-concurrent filers, and the second set are the concurrent filers. So folks, if you are non-concurrent filer (I-140 approved, I-485 is pending) then oct-Dec 2002 is procesing time for you. If you are concurrent filer then sep/oct 2003 is the procesing time for you.

Actually concurrent filers from June to Oct 2003 approvals are what we are seeing on individual trackers -- Jan to May 2003 are getting FP2 notices becuase their FP has expired. Feb 2003 for some reason has a lot of cases approved.

NSC are processing all the ready cases for adjudication non concurent from Sept 2002 to August 2003.

Feb, March 2002 almost reached the limit.

I am a May 2003 Filer. Looks like it was the worst month to file. I got my finger printing done in March 2004, so cannot expect FP2 notice as the FP1 shoul dnot have expired. But we May 2003 filers are not even falling into the Jun-Oct 03 approval catagory.

Does anyone has an idea as to what happend to the May 03 files? Did they forget us?

Do you mean to say your I140 is still pending since may 2003? Because we are talking only for those whose i-140 is pending.

My I-140 got approved in June 2003, but I-485 is still pending. Are you saying that the people who applied in Junehave not got their I-140 approved???
