If for some reason the GC process is denied (labor, 140 etc), does the 7th year extension (and beyond) lose validity immediately(like EAD) or can one work until the date mentioned in the H1-B petition?
If GC is denied for whatever reason, what does one have to lose by working illegaly (with or without H1)? They can deport my ass if I am caught and pay the airfare too!
