7th yr extension with my old company Labour

Hi Friends,
I understand that i can apply for 7th yr extension if i have my labour pending for more than 365 days .
But if i change my job , can i apply for 7th year extension with my labour pending with my old company. Friends. This is real urgent. Please help me out.
