7th year visa ext rejected

Hi friends,

I am in crucial situation. Please anyone give me your valuable advice.

Recently i applied 7th year visa extension based on approved sub labor thro premium processing.Two back weeks before INS denied the application.(reason states that "Name in the approved labor different than current beneficiary")

Meanwhile my lawyer again reapplied the 7th year visa ext thro premium processing alongwith all the 485/EAD/AP receipts last week.

My Current H1 (SIX YEAR) expiring this month (Oct'2003).

Is it possible can i get 7th year extension eventhought it was denied month back?
what is my status after oct'2003?
can i legally stay in this country?

Is your attorney replying to BCIS defending your case? What was the reason behind changing your name? If you have valid reason and if your attorney has replied or will reply within short period of time...I think you are still eligible to work as long as your appeal is pending. Expiring visa doesn't necessarily mean that you are out of status, it depends on other linked situation.

Don't worry, have your attorney reply it effiecently and promptly so u can be taken care of well....

My 7th year ext approved.It is miracle.Earlier they denied my 7th year visa ext.Then two weeks back my lawyer faxed INS to reconsider my denied case.After two weeks yesterday they faxed my 7th year ext approval notice.

I can't imagine.

God is great........
