right now i am in company A. My sixth year is ending on may 2006. Company A applied for my Labor on june 2004. using the 45 day letter notice they have already applied for seventh year extension.
Now i have got a offer from company B. I learned from the forum that i can change employer and transfer my h1 based on company A's LCA. Once joining company B, the new company has to file for PERM immediately.
once my h1 is transferred to my company B using company A's lca. My question is after transfering if i go to india for stamping which LCA should i show the visa officer? do i have to show the old companies LCA or the new companies PERM application?
