7th year premium processing !!! Urgent

Guys,

I got a pre approved labor in Aug 04 and in jan,05 my 6 years are going to expire. Now I have already applied for I-140 and going to file for 485.
I want to go to india in Nov 04 and come back in dec 04. My company has filed for 7th year extension. I want to know this

1. Should I have with me approved 7th year H1 when I go to embassy?
Are there any issues for going for premium prcessing for 7th year extesnion.
Right now my passport has the stamp of my previous employer and that is till
jan 05. I have one approved H1 b papers from my current employer which are till jan 05.
2. if I don't get my 7th year extension papers ,it is ok to go to american embassy in delhi in dec 04 with papers till jan 05?
and I am also applying for H4?
will I BE APPROVED ?

Embassy may ask you for an interview if H1 expiry is too little like 2-3 weeks. I guess, best bet is go to embassy as soon as you land in Delhi in Nov. Keep receipt of 7th ext. and pay stubs and Y03 tax returns or W2...


My H1 expiry was 06/2003. I got stamped in 04/2003.
