7th Year H1B Extension in Ottawa

I have an appointment for my 7th year H1B extension in Ottawa. In the DS-156 form "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf ? " .

Here is my status.
My labor is approved. I-140 is also approved. I have got 3 year H1B extension. I cannot file 1-485 until my PD become current. So what I should I say "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf ? " Yes or No. Since I didn't file my 1-485, I am not sure about the answer. Could anyone please explain.

If anyone had similar experience please share with me. Should I take a copy of my 1-140? Or is there any approved labor confirmation document I should carry for the interview?.

If I-140 is APPLIED by your employer then you should state

YES to this question - "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf ?

For you I-140 is even approved. So you should obviously say YES to that question.

It is always better to carry the copy of approved LC & approved I-140 - Just in case to avoid any surprise.
