I had applied for the H1b extension (7th year).
I am working for this company since last 5 years and have had two h1b approved previously against the same company.
Strange, now they ask for ablity to pay, for the 7th year extension.
What is the most valid document I can send to convince the officer, about ability to pay.
I was wondering if this would trigger another ablity to pay during my I-140 screening?
