I got my Labor approved and presently I filed my I-140/485 (concurrently) in Jun 2003
and received my EAD and AP.
My 6 yrs H1B is expiring in Feb'2004 and my 7th year H1B extension is in process, but my present company is going thru big hurdles and may be going shut down some time in next year.
Looking at the present trend of I-140 at VSC its taking around 10 months to get approval.
So please adivce what are the consquences I have to face if my company shut downs in early next year before my I-140 approval ?
How would it effect on my 7th year extension
