7th year H1 visa stamping in India

Hi all,

I would like to know if anyone had any success in getting H1 visa stamping from India on their 7th year extension. I heard it is very difficult to get the 7th year extension visa stamping. is it true? Is it required that we must go to the home country to get the 7th year extension stamped? I heard many 7th year visas get regected when went to canada for stamping. Any inputs greatly appreciated.

Hearsay nonsense

Where are you "hearing" all these stories? Are they first hand stories or some gossip by a know-it-all desi immigration expert?

7th year extension is routine stuff if you are working for same employer and have no complications. Chennai routinely issues them all the time everyday. As far as Canada whose visa was rejected? Is it someone whom you know? Or is it friend of a friend of a friend whose visa was rejected? Geez, at least do some research before posting such nonsense as "I heard", "Canada they reject" etc etc. Sorry to be blunt, but don't hear what others say but do your own due dilligence - it is not that tough.

Are you aware of a link, where I can read a little bit more about 7th year H-1B visa stamping in Delhi? I plan on getting my 8th year visa stamped later this year in Delhi.
