7th year H1 and Pre-Approved Labor

Hello,

I am in my 7th year H1.I have filed for my LC and waiting for action from DOL. My case is pending with Chicago DOL since Sep 2002.No NOF or No RFE so far.

Please let me know if anyone knows a company with a Pre-Approved Labor to file my 140 and 485.
