According to my immigration lawyer all service centers are holding the 7th year cases until regulations and additional information on processing is released by INS.
It may take months or even years, as I was told. They still have not released any regulations to some of the new immigration laws passsed in 1998 !
Anyone with any information on this ?? Please share.
I read over here some folks writing about their 7th year cases being approved during Dec Jan months. How\'s that possible ?
