Hi all,

I am on H1B and my 6 yr limit ends in Aug 05. I changed employer and filed my I-140 using approved Labor (on labor substitution) in sep 04. Am I eligible to apply for my 7th year extn through my current employer?

If the filling date of approved labour that you have used for your I-140 is before August 2004 then yes you are eligible for 7th year extension.
