Company A filed my LC about 02 YRS back. The LC is still not processed by the SESA offices, but it is in the queue.
Company B( current employer) , filed the LC 20 days short for the 365 day limit. Have 80 days of vacation in the 6-Yr span.
Currently I have been advised to get more information on the Company A's LC.
My major question here is,
can Company A's LC be used as a reference for filing the seventh year extension.
What are my options here.
1. Can I use the vacation of 84 days, will this work?
2. Can I take a vacation now for another 40 days? - if required?
