I need some help in this matter
I have a labor cert that is approved under perm and I would like to file I140 but I am not working for this employer currently.
I am currently in my 6'th year and about to complete it in 5 months, my
current employer has filed 7'th year extension for me.
Can i now join the new employer and file i-140 with him and do i get 7'th year extension with new employer.
