my 6 yrs on h1b will be completed in oct '04... i have filed for i-140 and i-485 6 mons back...both of them r pending...there is a chance of my company closing down in 2/3 mons...i have ead and ap...if the company closes before i-140 is approved..i m gone in case if there is any rfe on i140..
can i file for 7th yr h1-b extension...and then if company shuts down then switch to some other company and work on extended h1b??
