7th Year Extension

Hi I have to apply for 7th year extension from the same company "A" where i have H1B right now(I am working in company "A"). I wanted to know whether i have to pay the new USISC fee of $1500 or i'm exmpted from this fee for H1B extension[/SIZE].

Eligibility for 7 th year extension

I guess you can apply 7th extension from company A if your lc is applied before 365 days.

or you can as well apply 7th extension in company b by saying that you have already applied lc thru A.

As per murthy.com 7th year extension is only employee specific not employer specific.
