I am with Company A. I applied for Labor through Company B as a future employee. My 6 years H1B is expiring in May 2nd 2005. My Labor through Company B will complete 365 days in April 29th 2005.
1. Whether the Company B can file for the 7th year extension after April 29th 2005 (which is after 365 days period)
2. Can I stay in USA after filing the 7th year extension by Company B?
3. Is just a filing is enough for my stay in USA or do I need to get receipt number or approval for my stay in USA?
4. Can I go out of USA after the 7th year filing by Company B and come back to USA after the 7th year approval? This is to avoid any problem as I have very few days left between the 365 days period and my 6 years h1b extension.
