7th year extension with < 365 days GC

All,

My H1B 6 years in expiring on Oct 2001. I started my Green Card Processing on Nov 26th 2000. I applied I140 In VSC on May and just received my receipt. Is their any probabality for me to stay beyond Oct 2001.

One twist in my case, we are expecting our baby sometimes on October, so we can not leave US until Dec 2001.

What are my options, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
