7th year extension - possibility

My H1B 6 years visa period is going to be over in Sept. 2003. I haven’t apply for Labor/GC so far. My current employer will apply for Labor in next month in IOWA State through RIR case (Labor is current there) .

Is there any chance to extend my visa after Sept 2003?

Please advise me.
