Can someone point to me official documentation that states Labor should have been filed 365 days prior to 6th year to get the extension for the 7th year?
I have heard that in Dec-2006 INS gave a new ruling that contradicts to the above statement.
any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
I filed my I-140 on Dec 27, 2006 under EB-3 ,regular processing, with texas center and it is still under process. Can someone please post the most recent approval under the same category?
