Hello people I would like to know about 7 year extension:
My 6th year completion for H1 is Jul 15th 2005. In October 2003 my co transferred my H1 to parent co through whom my GC has been filed. That time I was eligable to apply for 7th year Extn. (ie. My LC was filed and >365 days were completed). INS has extended my H1 till OCT 2006. Should I assume this is a 7th year Extension or not?
