Folks,
My 6th year is getting over on 21-Feb-2007. But my lawyer failed to file my LCA before end of 5th year. I got him filed 10 days after my 5th year. But i was out of the country (US) for 50 days during this five years. So i learned from this forum, i can do the extension for 7th year pending whether my vacation period is considered by the immigration or not. Now the question is whether i need to apply for H1-B extension for 50 days first and then do seperate application for the H1-B extension for 7th year or can i get the extension 50days + 7 year on one application? Any one has any idea?
Thanks
