7th Year extension dilemma

Here is a situation I am in ,

My 6th year limit is coming up on NOV 8th 2005.My Priority date for LC filed with Maine is NOV 12th 2004 ( due to dalays in attorney's office ) . My current H1B 797 expires on AUG 31st 2005.

1. If I get my LC approved in March ( which is a real possibility ) and I apply for I-140 in april , would I be able to go for 7th year extension with the reason that My I-140 being in pending status .

Please let me know.

Do u have Plan B?

I pray you get your extension but have u thought of plan B, just in case?. I will suggest you consider immigrating south of the border (Canada). U look like someone with yrs of experience. There are many Canadian law firms out there.. Just google. One of them is www.canadianimmigrationlawyer.com. Good luck
