7th Year Extension, any options?

Hi,

I have been an observer of this forum for quite some time. I am in a real tight spot.
My six year H1B expires in September 2006. My labor has not been filed yet.

In my opinion , I qualify for EB2. If my employer files my labor undre EB2 now and considering the fact that it takes least 3 months to file, is there any possibilty of me remaining in status after my sixth year?

If for some reason, my emloyer/lawyer file under EB3, what are the posibilities of seventh year extension?
Gurus, please help me with your opinions.

Eb2 Or Eb3 Is For 140 Not For Labor Cert.

7th Ext. Is Granted To Only Those People Whose Labor Cer. Was Files At Least One Year Before.
 
Thank You par09 for your reply. My question was if my labor and I-140 gets approved before the end of my sixth year, and if I have filed my 485, is there any way out for me?
