7th Year extension and Perm Processing

Please help in this query
I have completed 4 years 8 months on my H1 and my present company is delaying in filing my GC
If my company files my GC after my 5 years, and under perm processing it is approved before my 6 years are completed.
Then can I get the 7th year extension.

Please help or direct me to other sources where I can get this information.
 
Hi, I am in a similar situation as yours...difference is my 6th year already kicked in and my labour application is not yet filed. DId your hear anything positive? Would appreciate if you could share your inputs...
