7th year extension and Marriage

The 6Yrs On My H1B is due to expire soon and I am palnning to start the process of the 7th year extension based on my LC being filed for more that 365 days.

Can anyone suggest if If I am planning to get married during my 7th year extension period (assuming I am successful in getting the 7th year extension on my H1B), can my future spouse get an H4 visa during the 7th year period?

the ac21 regulation is not fully come out yet.

there were many gray areas for spouse of h1 during 7th year.

check with some good lawyer and make the move right. do not go out of usa unless you or your lawyer are sure about its applicabilities.
