I am in my 7th year with labour pending from CA,
What if i get laid off, do i need to leave the country immediately? What are the options that i have to stay here on status?
Can one transfer H1 to a new employer, even if the new employer does not have any approved labour and can he/she stay atleast till the 7th year expires with the new employee?
