Can any one please provide me the information for below question:
I was with 'A' Company and applied LC in 2003, and left the company in 2004 Joined in 'B' Company. Company 'B' also filed my LC before reaching (entering) into 6th year of my H1.
Now, The LC got cleared from 'A' Company:
Q1: Can I go back to the 'A' Company and File 7th Year Ext & I-140? my H1 is still have validity with Company 'A' until May 2005. (as per Company 'B' My 6th year expires in Oct 2005).
Q2: when should I file for the 7th year ext., with Company 'A'?
