I changed companies when my 6th year on h1b began and got the new h1b approval for 6th as well as 7th year based on pending labor by previous employer. I have this i797 approval till may 29th 2007. Me and my wife are planning to travel out of the country and I got an appointment for stamping at Chennai Consulate on Jan 31st, 2006. Has anyone had bad experiences under such circumstances? I have all my paystubs and w2s. What kind of questions can I expect? Will they reject my visa?
