Can this be done?
My lawyer says, that the seventh year extension can be done with the previous employers LC. What complications exist here.
The previous employers LC has not been withdrawn and has not been approved, but more than 600 Days old since the receipt date.
I would really like to know, if anyone has done this before or "how workable" this is
